The Quantum Performance Synergy Programme is a non-medical approach to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Response using the latest techniques in human dynamics taken from therapeutic Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching. |
Do you think you have a problem as a result of returning from an operational environment or suffer from any of the symptoms associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Response? |
| If you answered ?Yes? to this question and you really want to do something about your current situation join in our synergy programme available to anyone experiencing the symptoms associated with PTSD/R or finding it difficult re-adjusting to civilian life having returned from operations and leaving the forces. |
Why would you want to attend? |
| The Trainers delivering the Synergy Programme are all either serving or ex serving members of the British Forces and have many years experience in the sphere of coaching, personal development and working in therapeutic environments. They have already achieved some fantastic results with others who have been previously diagnosed with PTSD/R and are looking to create a network of support throughout the UK by running similar programmes in various locations. |
What is NLP? |
| NLP is a way of understanding how some of the experiences you have had are unhelpful and have been charged with negative thoughts that often confuse the mind and have the potential to hold you back. NLP utilises numerous tools and techniques that are awesome for eradicating negative emotions without having to relive the experience itself, we believe that no-one should re-live a traumatic event more than once. |
What is contained in the programme? |
| The programme is innovative and the first of its kind in the UK incorporating NLP as the main element for creating change, it involves group discussion, presentations, creative thinking and one to one sessions. All activities are based on the principle of choice and permission. They are designed to create a safe therapeutic learning environment, meaningful to the participant. |
